(b) At the time you elect to contact or make a reservation or booking with a Venue, Dine Private handles and may share your information in the following manner: (Please notethat any information supplied during the reservation process is not retained by Dine Private.)
Venues, such as hotels, banquet halls, restaurants, and other providers, who in the end are responsible for your Venue reservations. Throughout the Site, all services, other than the Site itself, are provided by a third-party supplier and are described as such. When you make a reservation, your contact information, including name, phone number, and email address will be shared with the Venue. You authorize us to transfer this information in the fulfillment of your request to contact or make a reservation with the Restaurant. We do not place limitations on our suppliers' use or disclosure of your personal information. Therefore, please review the Venue Terms and Conditions provided to you of any Venues you wish to contact or whose services you wish to reserve. Please note that these suppliers may contact you as necessary to obtain additional information about you or to facilitate your reservation.
Payment Information, such as credit card numbers and other payment information. At the time you make a reservation or wish to contact a venue, you may be asked to supply payment information, which may include a credit card number and/or other information. This information is temporarily stored by Dine Private in encrypted format for the Venue to access. . The Venue will not use your information for any other purpose other than
activities related to helping you book an event at the Venue, and as stipulated when you agree to book an Event. Please read the terms and conditions of each Venue when booking an Event, as they may be different than those of Dine Private.
(c)Third Parties. From time to time, we may share your User Information with third parties to provide various services, improve your user experience, or as otherwise seen fit by Dine Private.. We will not share any such information, however, in a manner that would enable the third party to personally identify you. This data may be shared on an individual or aggregated basis.
(d)Service Providers. From time to time, we may enter into relationships with third parties who provide services to us (e.g., data management and storage services or credit card processing services). In those circumstances, we disclose User Information that is necessary for such service providers to perform those services and require that they maintain the confidentiality of such User Information.
(e) In connection with a corporate transaction, such as a divestiture, merger, consolidation, or asset sale, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy.
(f)Disclosure Required By Law or To Protect Our Rights.
