Richie and Scott were inspired by the idea of giving the best of both worlds in one space: a formal dining room upstairs with great food and a more “laid back” area downstairs for the casual diner. Butter’s menu features local and seasonal ingredients, sourced from various farmers, paired with a Wine Spectator award-winning list.
