In addition, he consults on a variety of projects in the hospitality industry. Previously, he worked at J.P. Morgan where he advised clients on various Mergers and Acquisitions transactions in the technology and media sectors.

Joe Bastianich

 Joe Bastianich is a culinary legend in New York City and across the world. Together with his partners, Joe has revolutionized Italian cuisine in America. He owns numerous restaurants across the country, including Babbo and Del Posto in New York, Carnevino in Las Vegas, Mozza in Los Angeles and many others. He has also extended his culinary empire beyond restaurants to include a wine shop, wineries in Italy, a cookbook publishing entity, and many more endeavors.
